
Hey, I’m Sheralee — but everyone calls me Shez.
I’m a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, fitness enthusiast, PCOS warrior, and compassionate soul on a mission to help women reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and feel good from the inside out.
My Story - Health, Fitness & PCOS
My journey into fitness started young. From ages 8 to 18, football & sport were my life. But by 17, my health began to unravel — I lost my period, battled intense menstrual issues, anxiety, and frequent fainting spells. Like so many women, I was taught to just ‘get on with it’, silently struggling while feeling completely disconnected from my body.
Thankfully, even in the hardest moments, my love for movement never left. I found new ways to stay active — surfing, mountain biking, bouldering — chasing the freedom that moving my body gave me, even as my health remained unpredictable and fragile at the time.
In my early 20s, I finally joined a gym and started learning about basic nutrition.
At 22, after years of being dismissed by GPs, I was officially diagnosed with PCOS and offered little more than a prescription and a pat on the head... (Still makes my blood boil!)
Around the same time, I found CrossFit — and with it, a whole new perspective on what my body could do. It became the spark that lit the path to healing and a catalyst for choosing a natural & holistic approach to my health, learning to work with my body, not against it.

Over the next decade, I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about women’s health, movement, and nervous system regulation. I experimented, failed, adapted, and rebuilt — eventually restoring my menstrual regularity, easing PMS symptoms, improving my gut health, and developing a far calmer, more resilient nervous system.
...But let me be clear — I don’t have it all figured out, and I don’t believe anyone truly does. Growth is a lifelong process. I’m still learning, evolving, and staying open to new lessons, as any good coach — and human — should.
That’s exactly what shapes my coaching style today.
I help women navigate their own challenges — from PCOS, menopause, chronic stress, and burnout, to simply feeling a bit lost in their bodies - wanting to get stronger, leaner and fitter.
My coaching blends intelligent, purposeful strength training with mindful, functional movement, breathwork, and holistic practices that support your hormonal, mental, and physical wellbeing.

It’s about moving with intent, not just intensity.
It’s about building habits that last, feeling stronger in every sense of the word, and reconnecting with the body you’ve maybe spent years feeling at odds with.

I created Pace Coaching for women like you — women who want to feel good again, inside and out.


When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me in the garden, home-making, on a trail, swinging from monkey bars, or being outsmarted by my dog...
