Hey, I’m Sheralee — but everyone calls me Shez.

I’m a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, fitness enthusiast, PCOS warrior, and compassionate soul on a mission to help women reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and feel good from the inside out.

My Story - Health, Fitness & PCOS

My Story

Movement has always been part of my life. I grew up playing football and other sports, but by my late teens my health began to unravel — I lost my period, struggled with anxiety, fainting spells, and severe menstrual issues. Like many girls and women, I was told to “just get on with it,” while feeling completely disconnected from my body.

In my early 20s, after years of being dismissed by doctors, I was diagnosed with PCOS. Around the same time, I discovered CrossFit, which gave me a new perspective on what my body could do. That spark led me to a more holistic path of healing — learning to support my hormones, restore balance, and work with my body instead of against it.

Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to studying women’s health, movement, and nervous system regulation. Step by step, I rebuilt my own health — restoring menstrual regularity, easing PMS symptoms, improving gut health, and creating a more resilient body that feels stronger, calmer, and in sync.

My Coaching

I help women build strong bodies, confident mindsets, and sustainable habits through intentional, purposeful coaching. My approach blends strength training with mindful, functional movement — it’s about moving with intent, not just intensity.

I work with women who are:

  • Navigating peri or post menopause

  • Living with PCOS

  • Experiencing stress, burnout, or overwhelm

  • Busy mums trying to juggle it all

  • Feeling out of balance in their bodies

  • Wanting to lose fat and build muscle sustainably

  • Looking to reconnect and feel strong from the inside out

My coaching is about building habits that last, feeling stronger in every sense of the word, and reconnecting with a body you may have spent years feeling at odds with.

I created Pace Coaching for women like you — women who want to feel good again, inside and out.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me in the garden, home-making, on a trail, swinging from monkey bars, or being outsmarted by my dog...

I’m not here to sell you stuff on social media. It’s more my little corner for sharing what I’m loving, what I’m up to, and the occasional dog pic...
