Hey, I’m Sheralee. I’m a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, passionate about helping women understand their bodies, move with intention, and feel strong and confident inside and out. Having lived with PCOS myself, I understand the ups and downs of hormonal changes, and how important it is to stay in tune with your body along the way.

My Story - Health, Fitness & PCOS

My Story

Movement has always been part of my life. I grew up playing football and other sports, but by my late teens my health began to feel out of balance - I lost my period, struggled with anxiety, fainting spells, and severe menstrual issues. Like many girls and women, I was told to “just get on with it,” while feeling completely disconnected from my body.

In my early 20s, after years of being dismissed by doctors, I was diagnosed with PCOS. Around the same time, I joined a very special gym (which sadly no longer exists) and connected with some amazing people. It gave me a fresh perspective on my body and what it could achieve. That spark led me to a more holistic path of healing - learning to support my hormones, restore balance, and work with my body instead of against it.

Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to studying women’s health, movement, and nervous system regulation. Step by step, I rebuilt my own health - restoring menstrual regularity, easing PMS symptoms, improving gut health, and creating a more resilient body that feels stronger, calmer, and in sync.

My Coaching

My coaching blends strength training with mindful, functional movement - it’s about moving with intention, not just intensity. We focus on understanding imbalances and working towards alignment, so your body functions better and feels more connected.

This isn’t about cookie-cutter workouts. Every plan is designed to support your whole self - movement, mindset, and nervous system health.

Coaching with me is all about you - creating sustainable, meaningful results that last. It’s about building habits that stick, feeling stronger in every sense of the word, and reconnecting with a body you may have spent years feeling at odds with.​

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me in the garden, home-making, on a trail, swinging from monkey bars, or being outsmarted by my dog...
