I offer 1:1 Personal Training in Pyecombe, just outside of Brighton, supporting women from Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, and beyond.
 

These sessions are designed to help you build strength, move well and reconnect with your body in a welcoming, supportive space.
