I’m committed to providing a positive, empowering experience for every client. Please read the following refund policy carefully before booking any services:

Personal Training Sessions

• All personal training sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

• Sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Online Coaching & Courses/Programmes

• Due to the digital nature of these offerings, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the program or product has been delivered or accessed.

• If a rolling subscription (online coaching) no refunds will be issued however you are free to cancel or pause at any time, just let me know.
